Jasmine Pearls


Spring-harvest downy green leaf buds rolled pearls, scented 6 times with fresh jasmine flowers. Grown in Fujian, China, this tea has anti-oxidizing and anti-aging effects. Made from whole tippy buds of Dai Bai tea trees. First flush young hairy buds. Low heat set. Hand-formed. 6 to 7 rounds of aromatization with fresh jasmine flowers. Fragrant dry leaves and liquor. Mellow and soothing infusion. High in tea-polyphenol contents and low in caffeine.


Tea Preparation: 

Pour 180ml of 185°F water over 1 Tbsp (20 beads)

Infusion: 60/70/90/120 seconds
